I had to order the necklace twice, because the first one wasn't really like the photo. However, when I emailed the owner, May, she said she would be happy to exchange it, and make it to my liking (she sent me a free return label immediately). The final project is exactly what I wanted, and it was worth the wait. She was very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Ann
