What if I spell a name wrong? Or have the wrong address?

It is crucial that if there is any errors in the information given for any order that you get in touch with us within 24 hours from when you place your order for mugs, cushions and totes bags. We regret at this time we are unable to amend any cards/stickers/invites due to our quick turnaround It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given is correct we cannot be held responsible for postage to the wrong address as we use ETSY labels.

All our items our processed and dispatched within our turnaround times. For domestic delivery we opt for first class postage - we cannot investigate any missing items until 10 working days have passed from the estimated due date - no refunds or replacements will be given until these days have passed
