Description:
This purchase includes the file for this 12x19" (30 x 48 cm) Charcuterie board with an interchangeable middle part.
5 designs of interchangeable discs are included. More designs will be added separately and you are welcome to insert your own. I also included a file for the care instruction tags I use myself.

The boards can be made with plywood or acrylic but hardwood would be preferable. The pictured boards are made from 10 mm and 4 mm plywood and the measurements are made to fit for small lasers as well, like Glowforge from 3 sheets.

You can use whatever thickness of material you want and you can decide to use the middle section or not, just keep in mind, that your top section would determine the thickness of your changeable rounds.

You could even leave out the round cutting and make the board with permanent engravings as well.
The engraved designs may be used for your different projects as well.

For food safety make sure to treat the wood with food safe coatings - ESPECIALLY if you choose to use plywood! I use foodsafe cutting board oil or beeswax to coat mine. Italian brands. By a Google search I read that Shellac is food graded as well (Safe to SERVE food on - not to prepare food! Still I definitely recommend you use hardwood for making these.
The pictured board is sanded and cleaned after cutting. Treated with mineral oil and sealed with a foodsafe varnish from LUXENS, which is intended for counter tops and safe to use for food after 24 hours.
