If you or someone you love is grieving the loss of a beloved pet, know that we are here to make ordering the perfect sympathy memorial gift as simple as possible. Our personalized planters are a lovely expression of how much you cared for your pet, or for someone you love who has lost theirs.

These memorials are a collaboration of three Etsy Artists making this one beautiful gift of love.

Each planter comes with a heart-shaped wildflower seed card (created by another Etsy Artist) which can be planted in the custom planter, or used elsewhere.

ADD COPPER PLANTER STAKE and PETS PHOTO*:
If you chose this option simply send me the pet’s photo after you order. I’ll size and frame it in a magnetized clear sleeve that can be displayed right on the planter stake (or anywhere else).

*NOTE: If you'd rather do this yourself just let me know and I'll include the sleeve without a photo.

Also, when a photo is sent, we honor your pet in our 'Pet Gallery' and on Instagram with their photo and name. This is a tradition our customers have loved over the years, but we do understand if you choose to decline.

The copper planter stake (created by yet another Etsy Artist) comes with a copper charm stamped with a paw print. The stake is also a perfect place to display the pet's tags.

SIZES:
This listing is for the smaller of our pet memorial planters. It is a standard 6 inch terracotta planter ( 5 ½ inches tall when sitting in the drainage saucer, and 6 inches wide across the top). It is the perfect size for a medium to large sized plant (or for the seed card to be planted).

LOOK/STYLE/COLOR/WORDING (make sure to read WORDING instructions):
The outside of the planter will be textured with color to give it a beautiful distressed, aged look. We have 20+ colors to choose from, and the wording will be added along with paw prints front and back.

IMPORTANT/WORDING: Unless you choose otherwise, the planter will come with the wording "Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure...You are loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure" In Memory of (pet's name). BUT, if you'd like different wording please include that in the personalization. If we only see the pet's name, we will use the wording mentioned above.

*Note: Need more than one pet’s name added? Not a problem!
