Downloads can be found on your "thankyou for your order" screen, in your order confirmation email, and under the "purchases and reviews" tab in your etsy profile.

Please note: Digital downloads are not supported on the Etsy mobile apps so please download from your mobile browser, a computer or tablet.

Once purchased, files are available at any time and can be downloaded as many times as you like.

Files will be in a single .zip file. to access files on a mac, double click the .zip folder and it will automatically unzip. on a pc/windows right click on .zip folder, select "extract" and follow the prompts.

Files included in all .zip folders are .svg, studio3 and png files. you will need compatible software to use these files. Commonly used ones are silhouette studio and cricut design space. Please check your cutters manual if you are unsure what program you need for your machine.
