Every order is shipped via the United States Postal Service. When your order is packed and weighed a label is then generated. You are emailed a tracking number with which you are able to track the progress of your package. If your package says Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office asap! If your package is lost, a store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking.
