General recommendations for any jewelry:

✏️ Avoid extreme temperatures
✏️ No exposure to chemicals (apply beauty products before putting on jewellery)
✏️ No water/moisture (don't store in the bathroom)
✏️ No harsh conditions (don't wear into the gym or pool)
✏️ Store in a dry, air-tight box or a ziplock bag (in case of feather earrings: hang them e.g. on a dressing table or a jewelry board)
✏️ Clean with a dry soth cloth
✏️ Protect in a small bag or a box while travelling

Jewelry may tarnish over time, it is best practice to store it in areas away from moisture and out of direct sunlight to prevent this.

GIFT BAG - this option is available on item's page: earrings are placed inside a drawstring pouch
ADD GIFT WRAPPING - at check out: earrings are placed inside a paper jewelry gift box, wrapped in tissue paper

🎁 Only marking "This order is a gift" does NOT include gift packaging. It means the price won't be shown inside the package.
🎁 If you would like me to send this as a gift directly to the recipient, just drop me a line with the name, address details and message.
🎁 Please note: international orders marked as GIFT will not include the price printed on the packing slip inside the package - but it is obligatory that customs label has to include the value of the purchase.

💫 Sterling silver shines brighter, but has a tendency to tarnish faster and is much more malleable.
💫 Stainless steel is more durable and more ideal for daily wear.

💫 There is no difference between stainless steel and surgical steel, in both cases it is stainless steel, which is divided only according to the chemical composition into individual classes. Surgical steel is therefore only a name that has become popular and often used in stainless steel. Surgical steel is therefore stainless steel.

💫 The earring hooks I use are standard french/fish hooks, made from 316/316L stainless steel (this steel is considered surgical or medical-grade stainless steel.) Studs are from 304 stainless steel. All are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive ears - meaning there is a minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction (there is no 100% guarantee). Alternatively, you can choose from 925 sterling silver fish hooks. They are made for pierced ears. I plan to expand the range of earrings so that people with non pierced ears can also choose.
💫 If not specified otherwise, the hooks are 1.9 mm long. The length of earrings is always listed including hooks. (Please note all earrings are manually measured, so slight differences can occur.)

INTERNATIONAL shipping:
At checkout, with most items you have the option to choose from international standard delivery (Ordinary Mail) or international tracked & signed for (Registered Mail). Please be aware that unless you select the tracked option I am not provided with a tracking number.
It takes anything between 1-4 weeks for EU orders, 2-6 weeks for non-European.

DOMESTIC shipping:
All items come with free standard delivery (Ordinary Letter - no tracking). You can also choose tracked & signed for delivery option (Registered Letter) for a little extra fee. It takes in most cases 2-4 business days.


ALL ORDERS OVER €40 are now sent with tracked & signed for service free of charge.

❗️IMPORTANT❗️ Your order from OUTSIDE THE EU may upon entry into your country be subject to collection of CUSTOMS DUTIES. As this will differ in detail from country to country, I am unable to say whether this might be the case and what the concrete amount of customs taxation will then be. If this is of concern to you, I advise you to inquire about this at your country's customs authority BEFORE you order from me. I can not be responsible for shipment delays or customs duty payments lawfully imposed on your end, upon entry of your order/shipment from me into your country of residence. If the address entered is wrong or addressee not found, the buyer is responsible for payment to reship. If the buyer doesn't pick up their package during the storage time at their local post office and it will be returned to me, the buyer is responsible for payment to redeliver, too.

💌 Earrings and ear hooks are considered intimate items. They can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. But if you're unhappy for some reason, please message me.

💌 All items contain small parts - not suitable for children under 3 years.

📦 Please note that I cannot accept returns for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons, given their classification as intimate items. Moreover, customized or tailored items are non-returnable.

However, I'm more than happy to accommodate returns for other jewelry pieces like rings or necklaces. If you'd like to initiate a return, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unworn and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Should the item not meet the original condition criteria, any resulting loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility.
