Yes, returns are accepted. However, I will deduct the shipping cost from the sales price with your return (shipping isn't truly free, folks). Note that you must contact me within: 7 days of delivery and deliver items back to me within: 14 calendar days of delivery. Items submitted for a refund after that time will not be accepted. No refund will given for items that have been reviewed. As stated above, no refunds on items that have been discounted or placed on sale.

We never discount the sales price *after* the sale.

No. I only accept items for a full refund. No exceptions.

All the items in the shop are thoroughly researched. That said, things can get missed and occasionally every dealer in antiques may make an inadvertent error regarding authenticity. In these cases, I allow returns up to 14 days after receipt no questions asked. That said, after the 14-day return period, I do not accept returns and all liability for authenticity belongs to the customer.
