How do I give you my personalization?

It depends on your device! If you don't see a personalization box, add the stationery to your cart, then look for a text box labeled "Add a note to IDesignThat." Or, just send me a message after you place your order. Above the text box, be sure to review the list of personalization instructions—I've outlined all of the information I need you to type into the box to complete your order promptly.

How long will it take to receive my stationery?

I will need 3-6 business days to create your stationery. Please contact me with any questions about my production timeline—the estimates you'll see in my shop are currently accurate. Most domestic orders will ship via standard/ground, which usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Most international orders ship via standard/ground which can be from 1-12 weeks depending on your location & customs inspections in your country. If you need faster shipping, please select an upgrade when placing your order! (Shipping delays are always a possibility, so please allow extra time for delivery.)

Will you send me a proof before you print my order?

Not unless you ask for one! Just leave me a note requesting a proof in the notes box at checkout—I'm always happy to send a mock-up. All proofs will be sent via Etsy's messaging system & the email address on your Etsy account within one business day of your order, and your approval may change your estimated ship by date.

Do you include your logo or maker's mark on the stationery?

Yes—my stationery includes a small copyright mark on the back of the cards, in light-colored text that doesn’t interfere with the design. This is standard practice for stationers and serves as a subtle mark of quality and authenticity. If you’re ordering notecards featuring your own logo or branding, I do not include any marks on the cards—those designs are all yours!

How can I see more information about this item?

All the information you'll need about any of my stationery designs will be listed in the item description. You may need to click a link or button that says something like "Item Description" or "Learn More About This Item" to get the description to expand for viewing. This may appear differently depending on your device, or any website testing Etsy may be carrying out at the time.

What kind of paper & printing do you use?

All items are digitally flat printed with archival inks or dry toners. • My notecards are printed on a stationery-grade, 100lb. eggshell-finish cardstock, which is certified by the Rainforest Alliance Program for FSC® Standards, and 100% of the electricity used to manufacture it is matched with certified wind energy. The cardstock is elemental chlorine free and includes recycled fiber content. • Unless otherwise noted in the item description, my notepads are printed on a premium, heavyweight 80lb. text weight paper, which is much heavier than standard copy paper, but not as thick as cardstock. It is FSC & SFI certified, so it meets the standards set by the Forest Stewardship Council® and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative®.
