Each outdoor cat house is individually hand crafted and made from high quality materials like cedar. Cedar is durable, rot resistant and repels insects. When you order an Outdoor Cat House from UnderCover Pet Houses your pets or feral cats will be provided with a cozy and safe long-lasting home, protected from harsh weather conditions!

Thermal-Ply insulation is placed inside the floor, walls and ceiling to keep your cat warm in the winter and gives them a cool place to relax during the heat of the summer.

Our roofs are fully weatherproof with water resistant felt paper under the wood siding. The roof is treated with a non-toxic, chemical free environmentally friendly lifetime wood treatment, making them very durable and able to withstand any outdoor elements for many years.

We do recommend using a sealant with a UV protectant to protect the wood from warping and cracking as this will ensure the longevity of the house for many years! If not treated it will give a grey weathered look.

Although we recommend checking the measurements of the house to ensure you purchase the right size, we will accept returns if the item has not been unpackaged. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and 35% fee for custom orders and must be received in original packaging in unused and undamaged condition.
Custom orders are houses that include an escape door.

Great pet house, matches the description perfectly, our feral cat loves it! I gave 5 stars on item quality, 4 stars on shipping since it took longer to deliver than expected. I believe the delayed shipping was due to issues at the border coming into the states. It’s a perfect fit for our girl and I would definitely purchase again.
