What type of printing do you use?

We use direct-to-garment printing. This means the ink is sprayed onto the garment, making it sink into the fibers of the textile. It's like printing on paper, but on clothing. The print will thus not be printed on top of the shirt (like vinyl) and will not peel or chip after being washed.

Do you offer gift messages?

Unfortunately no, but we will provide a tracking code once your gift is ready to ship.

Is it possible to receive my items by a certain date?

Our processing time is always within 1-7 business days. Standard US shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but we do offer expedited shipping options for those in need of faster delivery. If you have a specific deadline in mind, we recommend placing your order in advance and keeping our processing and shipping times in mind. If you're unsure about the delivery timeline, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that your item is delivered after your event but within the estimated delivery period, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds.

What is the fiber composition of your shirts and sweatshirts?

We offer two kinds of t-shirts: - Bella+Canvas 3001: Solid colors are 100% cotton, heather colors contain up to 48% polyester. - Comfort Colort C1717: all colors are 100% cotton We offer 1 kind of sweatshirt: - Gildan 18000: all colors are 50% cotton and 50% polyester

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

JungleVibesByJulie is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on?

A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. If you need help selecting your size, please reach out before purchasing.

What if there is something wrong with my order upon arrival?

The buyer must notify us within 48 hours after delivery, and has to provide detailed pictures of the defect item. After evaluation, we can choose to either replace the item or refund the cost of the item. This request can take up to 48 hours to be processed.

Our shirts

Soft to the touch and extremely comfortable, our Bella+Canvas 3001 shirts are perfect for both men and women. They are made out of 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (heather colors contain 48% polyester) and have side seams, shoulder tape and a ribbed knit collar with a seam, all to retain the shirts shape and to provide structural support.

Care Instructions

The shirt can be washed in the washing machine on max. 40°C/105°F and dried in the dryer on low heat. Ironing is possible on medium heat. Do not dryclean. 😊

A tracking code will be provided to you as soon as we send out the package (usually within 3-5 business days).

Returns

Since all shirts are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. But, of course, if something is wrong with your order, get in touch and we will sort it out!
