What if my package arrives broken?

Unfortunately breaks happen from time to time. We will always replace as long as you contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and send photos of the packaging and broken item.

All sizing is by width, left to right including spacing between words. Height varies by wording, font chosen, and width. It is important that if you order several words you go with a larger width option. 3 words at 20” wide is very little. If you need help deciding what size is best for your space we would love to help! All width measurements are for the entire phrase including spacing between, for example "I love us" 40" wide would be 40" wide from the beginning of the I to the end of the e in love. Height is for the entire phrase as well, from the lowest point in the phrase to the tallest point in the phrase, for example the bottom of a y to the top of a t.

Naturally these words are fragile, pick them up with two hands and not from the center for larger pieces, if hanging on a grass backdrop we recommend using fishing wire looped through letter holes.

Stained signs are stained on the front only, the back may have stain residue but is not finished like the front, if you need both sides stained nicely please request that in the notes at checkout.

White, and lighter colors do not fully cover, and the sides and edges will show some coloring coming through with any lighter colors and will not be fully covered, for these 3D signs there can be gaps on the sides of the wood, this is unavoidable but once hung unless you are spending time inspecting it is not super noticeable.
