Gold Plated:

Plating is the process through which a piece of jewellery made from a certain metal or alloy is covered with a layer of another metal. For example, a silver ring with a layer of gold on top would be sold as gold plated. Every after use, clean your plated jewellery with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Gently rubbing the surface of your plated jewellery using a soft jewellery cloth also helps restore shine. If your jewellery needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water.

All pieces are made to order and custom made for you therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges after your order is placed.

Please measure your neck/wrist and know your ring size in order to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering. You can always use a measuring tape and wrap it around your neck or wrist (ensure its flush) to find your measurement.

We are unable to accommodate cancellations at this time.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
You have 24 hours to email us in regards to any changes you would like to make. Changes include:
• sizing
• personalized note for gifting purposes
• address change

24 hours after the placement of your order, we cannot offer any further changes as production has begun.

SHIPPING
Approximate Delivery Times for Shipping (if you've chosen Small Packet- Air):
• AUSTRALIA - 1-4 months
• UNITED KINGDOM - 1-4 months
• UNITED STATES - 1-4 weeks
• CANADA - a tracking number is provided so you can view your info through Canada Post

UNDELIVERED/ RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS
Please be mindful when adding your shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address or any postal service delays.

If the parcel is returned to sender, an automatic refund will be processed, using the original method of payment, for the cost of the merchandise only. You will then be notified via email that a refund was processed due to the package being returned. If you’d still like the merchandise, you will need to place another order.

DAMAGED ITEM
In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.

PRODUCTION TIME
As most items are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days from time of order for items to be produced. Please note that during high volume times, i.e., Christmas, additional processing days may be required since items are handmade.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

So, this ring is a gift for my kid, BUT, I'm seriously considering keeping it for myself! Is that bad? Ring came super fast, looks lovely, & I really appreciated the acknowledgement from Michelle, the vendor; SHE Really appreciates her customers! Thank you for the beautiful ring Michelle :)
