Custom and personalized orders

Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. However if item arrives damaged or with the incorrect personalization you entered, we will send out a replacement. Damaged goods must be communicated within 48 hours of arrival so that the proper action can be taken. If damage occured during shipping process (broken items such as wood or glass) you must notify the carrier immediately to create a case. Make sure to take pictures of the box. The carrier will be responsible for the damages.
