The lead time for the order is 3-5 days. But if you need an individual order, then the production time may increase by 3-4 days.

- Possible dry cleaning with a sticky roller. If heavily soiled, some toys can be washed thoroughly with baby soap. Do not use a washing machine!
- Rinse off. Wash off with clean warm water with light movements without squeezing or twisting.
- Drying. To dry, place a felt toy between two layers of towels and soak in water.

What not to do:

- machine wash
- wash under running water
- bleach or soak in detergents
- wring out

Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order. If any package is never picked up at the post office or needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect address (or for any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying subsequent reship fees.

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Ukrainian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible. For international orders, as soon as the package leaves Ukraine, it is sent to your local post office.

Do not worry! When a parcel leaves Ukraine and is sent to your country, the tracking system does not show its location. This does not mean that the package has been lost, it means that the package has not yet been scanned in your country.
