When your order will be shipped and What happens if my package is lost in transit?

Most orders are shipped within 10-21 business days. The postal loss insurance on Etsy covers orders up to $250, so if your order is lost, you will receive a full refund (including shipping and taxes). Please note that In the event that a buyer abuses the Etsy Purchase Protection Program, Etsy may withdraw Etsy Purchase Protection from them.

Shipping information; When will you receive your order?

On your cart page you will see three options to choose from: --> Standard shipping - it could take up to 21-45 days to arrive --> Trackable worldwide eco post shipping - can take up to 10-21 days to arrive --> Worldwide DHL express - usually takes 2-4 days to arrive In the "message to seller" box, please include your phone number so that the delivery company can contact you to arrange delivery if necessary. I will not be able to send your order without a phone number.

Customs fees and import taxes

Most EU countries do not charge additional customs or import taxes. However, in some countries, such as Germany, the UK, and Italy, there may be extra fees and delays in delivery for customs inspections. Any applicable customs or import taxes will be the buyer's responsibility. I cannot be held responsible for customs delays. International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. If a package is returned because it was not cleared from customs or was refused by the buyer, a refund of up to 50% may be issued, depending on the additional shipping and handling fees incurred.

Refunds, exchanges, and returns policy

You can return or exchange your order, but please note: --> Refunds will be issued for returned items after they have been received in one piece (not including the delivery costs paid; Some of the shipping costs are included in the prices of the products). --> If I am required to pay customs, these costs will be deducted from the refund. --> There is a 50% cancellation fee if you refuse to accept a package due to customs fees incurred in your country upon delivery, and delivery fees are not refundable. --> Damaged items will not be refunded if they are broken during shipment. --> Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me if you would like me to make something especially for you. I will calculate the price and time needed for production (it may take a little longer than the standard order). In addition, I have over 30 glaze colors to choose from. You can always let me know the color you like, and I will send examples of colors I will have to choose. It's always a joy to work on new projects. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have by pressing the "CONTACT SHOP OWNER" button.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order is wrapped as a gift! (... with ♥) Each item is carefully packed to ensure its safe arrival. Please let me know if you would like your order delivered as a gift; I will also include a message from you in a card for the recipient at no additional charge.

Are the pieces all handmade?

My pottery is handmade from start to finish, fired twice, glazed in my studio, and lead-free. My pottery is made entirely by hand from white clay. Each piece is unique, and there may be imperfections that come with non-commercial handmade work. My pieces are one-of-a-kind. Dimensions may vary by about 1-2 cm.

My dishes can be used in the oven. All of my dishes (even the cups) can be used for cooking. Take the dishes out of the oven and place them on a neutral surface, like wood or a towel, to prevent thermal shock. My glazes are all prepared and fired at 1200 degrees by me. Hand-washing is always recommended for handmade clay pieces, but it is dishwasher and microwave safe.
