FAQ #1: Production time & Cancellations

Production time (see calendar in shop banner): Stickers/Labels • up to 10 working days Napkins/Event Accessories • 1 to 2 WEEKS Delivery timeframe = Order/design/proof time + Production time + Shipping time SEE ANNOUNCEMENTS & BANNER FOR MORE INFORMATION/POLICIES CANCELLATIONS: An order cannot be canceled once a design is submitted. An order may be canceled w/in 1 hr of purchase and before a design is submitted only. If a design is submitted and a cancellation is requested after, there is an order design fee as follows: - Orders up to $20: $8 - $21-$99: $15 - Over $100: $25

FAQ #2: Materials (see FAQ #9 for Finishes)

STICKERS: • White Matte (Paper) • White Gloss (Paper) • Clear Gloss (Polyester) • White Vinyl (Vinyl) • Simulated Kraft (Paper) DECALS: • UV/Washable (Decal -Laminated Vinyl) CLEAR GLOSS: Print on clear gloss is TRANSPARENT. Placement on white/light colored surfaces only. (See FAQ #10 for FINISH options: Print vs. Foil) HANDLING: Only the UV/Washable Laminated DECAL Vinyl is recommended for washable/UV exposed use. Other materials are not completely waterproof & as such, are not guaranteed on items that will be washed, placed in the elements, or outside with UV exposure for long periods. Most of our stickers arrive on SHEETS unless otherwise specified in the item description.

FAQ #3: Submitting Designs

Custom stickers: After purchase you'll receive an email with design instructions. ✏ DIY TOOL: Use our web-based program to upload your image and add text/colors ✏ EXPRESS FORM: Submit your image/logo AND/OR personalization text & we set up the sticker design ✏ EASY RE-ORDER ⓘ A high-resolution file of 300dpi+ is required for premium print quality. We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, EPS, .ai, .pdf, .psd files Please "create outlines" or flatten text ⓘ Stickers have a SAFE ZONE of 2-3mm from the edge. Design shift may occur up to 1-2mm in any direction. ⓘ Colors may vary on screen vs in person - every monitor is different! SAMPLES: Sample orders are printed with standard designs & do no include personalization

FAQ #4: Getting a PROOF

ⓘ A proof is provided upon request only, within 2 hours of design submission. 1 proof edit is included. ⓘ If a proof is requested, we will send your proof via ETSY Messages within 2 business days. ⓘ Production begins after proof approval or 2 days pass. ⓘ If a we do not hear from you within 2 days of sending the proof, your order will go to production and we will ship your order the way as shown in the proof. PLEASE NOTE: If you submit your design through the DIY TOOL (emailed instructions after purchase), the order goes straight to production as designed by you! (No proof provided)

We offer many shipping options to suit your needs! All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. • BASIC/STANDARD/FREE: Does not include USPS tracking & goes through regular mail. Shipping times may take 3-10 bus days (or more - think "stamp") • ECONOMY: Tracking included. 2-5 bus. days. • PRIORITY: Tracking included. 1-4 bus. days. • EXPRESS: Tracking included. 1-2 bus. days. • UPS OPTIONS: Tracking included. Shipping time as noted in checkout. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed orders. The only GUARANTEED service is EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT. Refunds are not provided for shipping issues or delays. We will work with you to ensure you receive your order - just reach out via message as soon as possible!

FAQ #6: Hours of Operation

We are open during the week Tuesday - Thursday 9AM-5PM ET and Friday 9AM - 11AM ET and we ship M-F only. We may process designs and respond to messages outside of normal business hours. If we send a proof or message after normal business hours, it will be noted in our message to you. We respond to messages within 1-2 business days when we are open! Please allow up to 2 business days to receive a response to any Etsy communication (but we tend to respond much faster!)

FAQ #7: Time to receive order

NEED YOUR ORDER FAST? RUSH production/shipping may be available. Upgraded shipping may be added at checkout and RUSH production/shipping may be purchased after, as well. Contact us if you have a very short deadline and we will try to help! FAQ #8: Personalization & Variations

Look at the item details/description and personalization section. Ordering through a custom sticker listing? An email with design instructions will be sent after purchase for next steps. *If personalization info is not provided, your order may be made with our standard colors/fonts. Each individual order has a max of 2 variations (aka designs). Each additional variation can be purchased here through an ADD ON (incl. Wedding/Guest Addressing): https://etsy.me/3okPVjb *1 variation per sheet. For example: You want 3 different designs and ordered 2 sheets of stickers. We would ask that you purchase 1 additional sheet of stickers and 1 variation add on. SAMPLES: Sample orders are printed with standard designs & do not include personalization

FAQ #9: I received my order and there is something wrong - what do I do?

Please open your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 3 days of delivery if there are any issues with the order. Did you select the wrong size sticker? Choose the wrong color? Or maybe there is a typo? No worries! Please reach out directly via Etsy Messages and we will work with you to get a new order started. Our mistake? Unfortunately mistakes can happen (we're human, too!) and if it is our mistake, we will happily re-print and re-ship to you immediately upon notice. Every sticker has a SAFE ZONE of at least 2-3mm. We recommend keeping your design well within the safe zone and provide an appropriate "bleed." Design shift may occur up to 1-2mm in any direction from the edge and may be more visible on smaller size stickers.

FAQ #10: Finishes (see FAQ #2 for Materials)

FULL COLOR PRINT: We offer full color printing on all of our material options, except white on our Clear Gloss Material. All printing is not washable or weather resistant except on the UV/Washable Laminated DECAL Vinyl. FOIL: Very delicate. We advise to order 10% more than what is needed. Due to the delicate nature, both black specks and foil specks may be present. Foil specks may be remedied by gently wiping with a tissue, using a low tack tape or eraser. HANDLING: Only the UV/Washable Laminated DECAL Vinyl is recommended for washable or UV exposed use. Other materials are not completely waterproof and as such, are not guaranteed on items that will be washed, placed in the elements, or outside with UV exposure for long periods.
