Some of the mugs were shipped at first with smudges on them. I contacted the seller and they immediately got new ones out to me! They were helpful and nice and the quality is great! I would recommend this as a gift for sure!

This was such a perfect gift to give - the maker was able to put each of our 6 kids' faces on the mug for a small extra fee and my husband received it for Father's Day. It's the new favorite mug in the house!
