Handmade from recycled vintage saris with beautiful hand embroidery and colourful cotton stitching .

Vintage silk saris are hand stitched together to create a reversible stole .

i absolutely love these. the patterns are unique, the kantha scarves are long, and the fabric they're made of feels extremely nice on the skin, even in the heat. each kantha is two-sided, giving you effectively four possible ways to color-style it to your outfit, if you were so inclined. [the first two photos are two different sides of the same scarf; the second two photos are two different sides of a second scarf. i bought two.] as they are made from repurposed materials, you can't choose exactly what it will look like before you receive it, but i have no complaints about this--honestly i liked that i could be getting ANYTHING and it would be a surprise to me. big fan of these; once i figure out a good way to fasten it like a shawl around my shoulders, these will be getting a lot of use.
