# Important Information for Your Sublimation Transfer Order

Select the size that best fits your project. If your preferred size isn't available, choose the closest option and include a note in the order's note section to ensure the correct size. *Please remember that without a note in the order's NOTE section, I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the size.*
~ It is your responsibility to ensure that your images are of the highest quality. Sending them to my email will help preserve their original quality, which will ultimately affect the outcome of your transfer.

To guarantee a smooth printing experience, please ensure your images are adjusted to the exact size you want printed.
If you need assistance determining the exact size of your design, feel free to message me! If the exact size is not ordered, I will fit the image as closely as possible to the selected size without compromising its quality. I cannot offer refunds or resends for empty space with sizes.

~ You will receive a sublimation transfer of your provided images. This is NOT a digital file; it is solely a sublimation transfer.

~ All sublimation transfers are printed on demand once ordered. They are produced using high-quality sublimation ink and paper. All images will be delivered without a watermark.

*DON'T SEE THE SIZE YOU NEED?** Choose the nearest size from the dropdown menu and specify the exact size you require in the note section.
## Sublimation Transfer Information:

Sublimation transfers **DO NOT** print white ink. Any white in the design will take on the color of the fabric you apply it to (resulting in empty space).
Best suited for white or light-colored polyester fabric.
Sublimation will **NOT** work on cotton or dark-colored shirts.
Ideal for fabrics with 65% or higher polyester content. (The higher the polyester, the brighter the colors will appear; lower polyester will give a more vintage look.)
Sublimation transfers will only adhere to non-fabric items that have a sublimation coating.
Each transfer is for **ONE-TIME USE ONLY.**
A heat press is essential. I **DO NOT** recommend using a household iron, as I cannot guarantee the quality of my transfers if an iron is used.
Image colors may vary slightly due to computer screen resolution.
Temperatures and times will vary based on the material you apply the image to.

If your item is damaged or missing due to carrier issues, it is your responsibility to file a claim with that carrier.
