This compact rectangular pillow measures **7 × 18 inches (18 × 45 cm)** and is designed for comfortable neck support at home or while traveling. The natural buckwheat hull filling gently conforms to your preferred position while providing firm, adjustable support.
The pillow includes a soft **100% linen outer cover** and a cotton inner pillow with a zipper, allowing you to remove or add buckwheat hulls to adjust the height and firmness.

Buckwheat hulls create a naturally supportive and adjustable filling that conforms to the shape of your neck and head.
The spaces between the hulls allow air to circulate through the pillow, making it naturally breathable.
Unlike conventional soft stuffing, buckwheat hulls can be moved and shaped to create the height and firmness that feels most comfortable for you.

Prefer a lower or softer pillow?
Simply unzip the cotton inner cover and remove some of the buckwheat hulls. The filling can be added back whenever you prefer a higher or firmer pillow.
