How do we ship an order?

Most of the items are shipped with USPS 1-3 day Priority mail. The larger packages are usually shipped with UPS (5 business days) or FedEx HomeDelivery (7 business days). We reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping carrier for your order.

Customer Satisfaction

We strive for great customer service and customer satisfaction. If you don't like the product for any reason, you can return it within 7 days and you'll receive a refund on the item. If you would like us to make you a custom arrangement, please message us. We take custom orders occasionally. Once you tell us the details of your ideas, we mutually agree on the arrangement and price to be done. We will put the arrangement temporarily together, or we show pictures of the flowers. When you approve, we will make a custom listing for you, which you purchase. Once you do, we will work on the arrangement. When it's completed, we will send pictures of it. Upon your approval, we will start the packaging and shipping process. Custom orders usually take 7-12 days to complete. Custom orders are not returnable or not refundable.

International shipping takes between 2-4 weeks, depending on the country: Canada: ~ 1 week UK: ~ 1-2 weeks Australia: ~2-3 weeks Germany: ~2 weeks Italy: ~2 weeks Middle East: ~ 3-4 weeks Other countries in Europe: ~2 weeks - International customers are responsible for additional VAT taxes if it is required by their country. - We will send you a separate tracking number, so you'll know where your package is currently. - No Paid Return Labels: Consistent with our international policy, Blue Paris Flowers does not provide paid return labels for international orders due to customs clearance. this is such a beautiful arrangement! It looks so nice on my kitchen island and I have already received numerous compliments. The realism is astounding. I was very against faux flowers and have always bought real ones. However, this arrangement changed my mind. Highly recommend!!! Also, it was packaged extremely well!
