The item ordered is good but it was delivered 10 days after the estimated date (7 days after the birthday for which it had been purchased as a gift). The presentation box in which it was shipped was damaged because it had not been wrapped in protective packaging. Also, unexpectedly, at the moment of delivery I had to pay an additional 30 Euros for duties that had not been built into the price despite the country of destination being clearly provided when ordered.
