• Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Processing time is 2-7 business days (usually faster around 1-3 days) plus shipping time.

This does NOT include shipping. After that, orders to the US will arrive in 3-5 business days but typically much faster! Shipping time for international orders will vary depending on the country. Orders are always shipped as soon as possible because we know how important it is that you receive your item quickly :)

Every once in a while we will be out of a certain color or size and need to get more from our supplier, if that is the case it can take a little longer to get out to you, but we do touch base with customers to let them know if this is the case. We will contact you on your fulfillment "date" if your order will be taking a few days longer.

We do, however, accept exchanges and replace shirts that may be misprinted or otherwise damaged upon arrival, so please let us know about any issues before leaving any reviews so we can take care of you!

Any exchanges will have to be shipped back at your expense. We are a small shop and unfortunately cannot afford free return shipping.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

When your item is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location. We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.
