This is a made to measure 18 gauge, 316lvm steel threadless labret, that will fit a 3mmmm round gemstone with a flat bottom like cabochons or rose cut gems. Resin or enamelling could also be an interesting option


DETAILS

This labret is made from solid polished 316LVM surgical steel.

Settting external diameter: 4.00 mm approx
Setting internal diameter: 3.30 mm
Setting height: 1.08 mm
Internal bezel height: 0.30 mm approx
End disc: 3.90 mm flat back
Bar Width: 18 gauge (1.0mm)

The gemstone setting width is approx 3.25 mm. You can comfortably use a gem size between 3.2.0 and 3.3mm with very minor adjustment at most and use a suitable glue (epoxy works well) to set the gem. If the gem is slightly too large you can always use a dremel to reduce the diameter slightly or alter the internal setting size.

You can choose from 4 different bar lengths with this labret, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm (approx 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 inch). Please make this choice from the options in checkout
