The second time I ordered chair and stool covers the fabric was too baggy and didn't have a clean fit like the first time I ordered. When I notified them, they immediately sent me new samples at no additional charge and made the covers again WITHOUT ANY COST TO ME. The only tough issue is that the time difference slows down the process and communication but that is no ones fault, just an inconvienence. I highly recommend this company and am ready to order new sofa covers from them as well. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service and workmanship.
