• I’ve made a purchase, but I don’t have an Etsy account.
If you have checked out as a guest, Etsy will send a receipt to the email you used when you purchased your files. In that receipt, you will find a link to download your files.

• I can’t seem to find my download notification email.
Sometimes the notification mail may be sent to your social/promotions folder, spam folder, or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders and if you still do not see the email, or if you have trouble downloading your files, you can message us.

• I have an Etsy account. How do I access my digital files?
- Click the following link to access your files: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
- Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

• How Do I Open ZIP Files?
For some digital bundles, ZIP files containing your jpg files may be used (this is due to Etsy’s file size requirements). To open ZIP files on your laptop or computer:
1. Right-click the file and click on "Extract All.''
2. You may also be able to double click the file to open it. If you can’t open the ZIP files, message us & we will email you your files ASAP.
