Can wireless charging be used with these cases?

Yes! All our cases are compatible with wireless charging.

Please be aware that the case must be returned to Mahalo Studio in Australia at buyers expense for a change of mind return, so please select carefully. However in the unlikely event that the case is faulty please reach out with some photographs of the issue and we will let you know what we can do :)

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on location however most cases are received within 10 business days. Please keep in mind the extended shipping times currently being experienced due to transit restrictions due to COVID.

Do you offer these designs on any other cases?

Some additional models are available at a small increase in cost. Just ask if you don’t see yours :)

I have placed an order but I just noticed my shipping address is wrong.

Orders are processed by our printing partner very efficiently so please (pretty please with a cherry on top) double check your information before completing your checkout. If you do happen to notice an error, please reach out asap so we can attempt to redirect your order.
