What is the warranty on your accessories?

We offer a 1-year warranty on our accessories. If you encounter any manufacturing defects or feel that your product does not function as promised, please contact us at support@burotic.com with a picture and/or video attached to the email. We will figure out what the problem is. If we cannot fix the issue, we send you a replacement part. *Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and it is not transferable.

Can I cancel my order?

Obviously! It can happen that sometimes we make purchases and after thinking twice about it we realize that it was not such a good choice for many reasons. We offer you the option of cancelling your order as long as your order isn't shipped. The reason for this short delay is that as soon as your order is placed, we start working on it to ship it to you, and therefore you can receive it as quickly as possible.
