Order Cancellation:
Kindly note that I work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, I may not be able to cancel your order upon request. But I will do my best to help you if you are within the 6 hours cancellation allowance window.

Order Refund after 6 Hours window:
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or process refunds, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact me at through Etsy messages to open up a conversation on how I may address your concern. I'm always happy to help!

Address Change or Wrong address:

Kindly note that I work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, I may not be able to make adjustments to your order upon request. But I will do my best to help you if you are within the 6 hours window after your order has been placed. It is the buyers responsibility to check and double check addresses before an order is placed.

Lost Package:

Please note as soon as an item is shipped, it is not on my hands but on the hands of the courier. If a package is lost or did not arrive, it is not my responsibility to refund your purchase. If you have an questions about a lost package feel free to contact me and I will gladly help!

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We’re happy to repair your item for you. Just ship them to Apple Blossoms CA and we will repair them and ship them right back. Please email us info@appleblossoms.ca to let us know and please include a photo

Restock times vary!

While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on the availability of the specific fabric. We source our material locally from many different locations, and sometimes we buy their remaining stock of a particular fabric. Sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and, unfortunately, sometimes they don’t!

Depending on the thickness of your hair, you can expect our Scrunchies to wrap around approximately 2-3 times.

We offer a 14-day return policy. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Upon inspection, a refund can be issued but return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Please note that shipping fees paid for the initial delivery will also be deducted. For items with free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to account for the shipping cost incurred by us.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country's customs officials. It's important to note that any shipments returned due to the failure to pay customs fees may be eligible for a refund, but shipping fees for both the initial shipping and the return will be deducted from the purchase amount. Upon request, a shipping fee receipt can be provided.
