- Envelope Color: Kraft or a complementary colored envelope, depending on design and materials inventory
- All cards are shipped in a protective a cellophane sleeve and rigid mailer envelope

SHIPPING
- We ship from GREENVILLE, SC – so if you’re located closer to the west coast, delivery time will be on the longer end of the estimated delivery date range.

- We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date and do not issue refunds if it comes later than you thought it would, so choose shipping level accordingly.

- Free shipping on orders over $35! (with full tracking)

SHIPPING LEVELS
- Default: this is the equivalent of a postage stamp, and tracking will be VERY limited; 2-8 business days in transit
- First Class: full tracking, 2-5 business days in transit
- Priority: full tracking, fast delivery, 1-3 business days in transit

If you do not upgrade to a higher shipping class, your order will most likely stay marked "pre-transit" until it's delivered to you, as they don't get scanned as reliably as first class and priority items do.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Here are our shop policies:

- your item arrives in a damaged condition
- your item gets lost in transit (only applies if 14 days have passed since order was shipped)

>> What DOES NOT qualify for a refund/replacement:
- you provided an incorrect address
- your item doesn’t arrive “on time” or by the date you had hoped it would. We offer multiple shipping options, and it is your responsibility to consider the factors and choose according to your needs.
