Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item will be wrapped in high quality tissue paper~ If you would like add a little gift note to your recipient, please leave a note to seller during checkout. We will gladly prepare it for you! :)

We use top quality glitter vinyl embellishments, ribbons, made in USA tulle, chiffon, flowers, etc.. on our handmade items. Glitter vinyl tops: You can wash in machine inside out with cold water and better if air dry on flat surface. Embellished tops: Hand wash is always better with cold water for embelished tops to keep the jewels, rosettes..etc. in perfect condition. Air dry on flat surface.

{HANDMADE ITEMS} We use top quality embellishments, ribbons, made in USA tulle, chiffon, flowers, etc.. on our handmade items. Due to keeping tons of different embellishments in stock, sometimes we may use the closest items or better when they are out of stock, or they can be slightly different color or texture due to being different batch from supplier. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges

We Gladly accept exchanges. Contact to us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back unworn tags on it in original packaging within 5 days delivery, If any exchanges accepted by the seller, buyers are responsible for both way shipping costs. If the item was not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We don't accept returns. If any problem, please contact to us within 3 days of delivery. Arrived in s timely manner, fits great and I can’t wait for october for her to wear it! It did seem a little distressed in some spots, idk if it’s the heat from shipping? none the less I love it 🧡 will definitely order from them again!
