1. Email warranty@sherpani.com to file a warranty claim. Please include two images in your email: an image of the product in its entirety and an image of the broken/defective area of the product.

2. Allow two business days for a response.

The item matched the description perfectly. I think it will work well for my work trips. I tend to overpack my handbag when I travel and need a bag that will fit my laptop, look like a purse, and have a trolley sleeve. This fits all three criteria. It looks great as well. I'm thinking of getting one for my sister as well.
