Order Change Request We accept changes in orders but can only do them within 2 hours after the order is placed. We strongly advise contacting us immediately through messages for these requests.

Cancellation requests are accepted, but we can only process them within 12 hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately through messages if you wish to make a request.

We do replacements for orders with issues. If you claim your item to be wrong or defective/damaged, please send us your photos of proof that clearly show the issue of your order. We also ONLY accept replacements within 30 days after delivery.

I haven’t received my order

Status: Delivered, but no package

Failed Delivery and Returned to Sender

Packages that are returned can be resent. However, customers will shoulder the expense of reshipping the item since the initial shipping fee was already used. This applies to packages with failed delivery attempt due to address or addressee issues, or unclaimed packages that are kept by the post for more than a week. Lost in Transit/Lost After Delivery

Mug is very nice, but you left the stickers on the bottom.. it was $4.95 from China. MUCH less than I paid. And the Styrofoam box it came in had a deep hole in it that you could see the mug. I can’t believe it wasn't broken.
