All our toys are made with a special attention to be safe to your child so details are securely fixed and materials are safe.
All wooden details are thoroughly sanded and all items are securely attached to the board. We painted color details with faithful acryl paint that is used for the manufacture of toys.

Please be aware that all parts are connected between each other very well, however, we do not recommend to leave your babies with the toys without the supervision of grown-ups.
Exam the toy carefully every time before use.

We can make Busy Board under your individual order. Just inform us about your wishes. Size and shape will be the same as on photo but content will be according to you wishes.

For customer individual order we need additional 2-3 business days for production.

I do my best to photograph my work as accurately as possible.
The real colors of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on the website because of many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

You should inform me about your intention to return the position within 14 days starting from parcel arrival date and send it back by airmail within 2 weeks for your own cost. Once I get the parcel back I'll refund your order exept delivery cost. Shipping costs are calculated individually for each parcel and confirmed by fiscal check.

In case the parcel is lost during delivery (assume it is not delivered within 75 days from the shipment date and is confirmed by tracking system) I will send you the same item or refund the full cost of the order.

It's possible to cancel the order, if it has not yet been sent. But please make your cancellation request formally through Etsy form (not in private message to me)

You can choose priority shipping option. Estimated delivery terms are indicated in the listing. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
I'll send your order to the address that you write on Etsy when placing the order (not paypal address).
