All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. If there are problems caused by me such as different color, size, fabric, please send me a message with a photo. In such a case, I can replace or refund. I will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you.

Cancellation of order, change of order address or selected pattern

Within 2 hours after ordering; You can cancel your order, change the address or change the pattern you ordered. Since all products are made to order and specially produced for you, it is not possible to change the pattern or cancel the order after the production has started.

Replacement and refund details

If your item has the following problems, it will be resent or refunded depending on your request. • If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order. • If the product in your order is damaged in the mail. • If you receive the wrong product in your order. • The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address for the order doesn't need to be changed. • The order is lost in transit and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe for orders. If you experience any of these problems, please message me on Etsy as soon as possible. I kindly request you to attach photos of the faulty product taken in daylight.

Custom and personalized orders

Pillow or cover sizes are given in the listings. However, if you want different colors, size, fabric for the designs in listings or a different design you want, please let me know via convo. So let me get you a price and do my best.

All pillows and covers are sent to the size you order. For example, if you order an 18x18 inch pillow cover, it will be sent to you in 18x18 inch size. This will be compatible with your existing or newly purchased insert. If you want a more fluffy look, make sure your insert is smaller than the cover. Also please note that the actual product measurements may vary up to 1.5", because they are custom-made by hand.

Unfortunately, I cannot send swatches because all products are made to order and I do not work in stock.

These autumn leaves with/or cute birds and animals design, fall theme, indoor or outdoor, throw pillow covers making any place (country, farmhouse, sofa, couch, garden, balcony, patio, living room, bedroom, entryway, kitchen, kid’s room, dorm, chair, etc.) very special and they are perfect home decor complement.

The autumn cushion cases can go over a pillow insert or your existing pillows.

Pillow Cover Features:

This item for only 1 square or lumbar pillow or cover (please select the size and type you want above).

These pillow covers made to fit a 12x18 / 12x20 / 14x20 / 12x24 / 14x14 / 16x16 / 18x18 / 20x20 / 22x22 / 24x24 / 20x26 / 26x26 inches pillow inserts.

Please note that the actual product measurements may vary up to 1,5", because they are custom-made by hand.

Outdoor pillow is UV-treated, water and mold resistant. The fabric is treated to add UV protection, water & mildew resistance. The inks used for printing are different than ones used for indoor pillows and the extra processes may slightly alter color.

The throw pillow covers made from specially spinned polyester threads, it retains its shape, doesn't wrinkle so doesn't require ironing. Insert is made from recycled polyester materials.

The same fabric is used on the front and back of the cushion case. The pattern placement may vary slightly from the photo shown.

Concealed zippers are used for cushions and cases.

The color may appear differently due to monitor resolution, dye lots, lighting and other factors out of our control.

If you want different colors, fabrics (cotton twill, poly twill, faux suede, white faux linen) for these design or a different design you want, please let me know via convo. So let me get you a price and do my best.

Care instructions: Remove the pillows cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soap water. Machine wash, max 40°C, normal cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Iron, steam or dry low heat only. Do not dry-clean. Fluff to reshape when assembled back together.
