DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of the listing, requests for cancellations and returns are not available for Digital Download listings.

WHERE CAN I PRINT MY FILES?

I personally recommend and use and have a lot of customers who use Mpix.com. Shutterfly, VistaPrint, FedEx Office, UPS, Staples and other reputable online and local printers can also be considered. If you have any questions regarding printing or need your files saved in a different format, please message me.

WHAT FONTS AND/OR COLOR CODES DO YOU USE?

Due to the many hours that I put in searching and downloading fonts, as well as that many of my fonts are purchased with a commercial license, and that they are considered “trade secrets,” I do not provide the names of the fonts that I use in my designs. Exceptions will be for when standard fonts are used such as: Calibri, Arial, Times New Roman, etc. Color Codes are also considered "trade secrets" and will not be provided. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please message me.
