As a seller, I take responsibility for the package until tracking shows "delivered" or "notice left."
If your order tracking shows delivered and you did not receive your item. please file a claim with the postal carrier.

If there is any chance your package might be stolen from your regular mailing address, I highly recommend you pay for a PO box at your local post office or other independent mailbox store, or use an alternate ship-to address that is secure.

After the package shows delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer.

The photographs show a sample of the jewelry design. Each item is hand-crafted and gemstones will vary depending on the type of bead or pendant it is. Each stone is hand-picked. No two stones are exactly alike, so your jewelry will be individual to you.
I try to photograph using natural light and try to ensure my listings show colors as accurately as possible. That said, monitors vary and colors may not look exactly like they do in the photo.
