HOW TO DOWNLOAD A FILE?
If downloading from the app, you will need to update the app, since you need to install the latest version it should fix it.

If you are using a Web browser, you can download zip files by logging in to Your Etsy account under ''Purchases Section''. Just open Etsy in Your Web browser (I recommend using Chrome browser) log in to Your Etsy account, then right under Your Etsy avatar icon You have the option to select '' Purchases Section''.

HOW TO UNZIP A FILE?
To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. For Windows, double-click the zipped file to see its content. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All.

DON'T SEE SVG FILE?
SVG file is displayed as a HTML Document file.
