How can I wash my scrunchies?

Taking care of your scrunchies couldn’t be easier. Gently handwash your scrunchies in warm water and a little fabric detergent. Rinse with cool water and air dry naturally.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are wrapped in recyclable tissue paper as standard. However, if you would like your order to be gift wrapped, especially around the holiday season, send me a message and I will be happy to gift wrap your order for you.

Jewellery Care Instructions

*Keep away from water or any liquids especially before bathing or swimming. *Keep away from perfume, lotion, make-up, fake tan and other harsh liquids *Avoid exercising in your jewellery to avoid breakage. Avoid contact with sweat. *Store jewellery in the box provided and store in a cool, dry place. *Use a jewellery polishing cloth to clean and polish your jewellery. *Handle your jewellery with care to prolong the life of your jewellery.

Orders to the European Union and Northern Ireland

From 13th December 2024, under the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), we will not be able to process orders to the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland (NI) until such a time when guidance becomes more clear. GPSR is a European Union (EU) regulation (including NI) that sets safety standards for consumer products and although our products meet safety standards, we would not be able to financially support a legal representative to facilitate the necessary requirement as we are a very small business. We sincerely apologise for this but it is unfortunately out of our hands.

Due to new rules set out by the US Government to end the De Minimus Tax Exemption we have decided to temporarily stop shipping to the USA. The ending of this rule will mean that our US customers would incur a customs fee to collect their international parcels of anything up to $80 per package. As there are currently no systems in place to collect and submit this fee in advance on Etsy, we have decided to halt shipping to the USA. Hopefully, this will be temporary and we thank our US customer for all their support over the years.
