My mug collection are made using Heat Sublimation. I highly recommend hand washing to keep your mugs image vibrant. Over time continual high heat from dishwashers can cause the image to fade. If you need to wash it in the dishwasher, it's totally fine once in awhile and will not harm your mug. You can also put ceramic mugs in the microwave.

Crystal imperfections

All crystals are natural and therefore may have slight imperfections. Please understand I take all photos in natural light and will point out any imperfections in the description. If for some reason I miss something, please message me with any questions. If a crystal that has been carved or polished has a slight imperfection or damage I will point this out in photos, and the description as well as I typically will have it listed in the discounted section of my shop.

All orders are final If you choose USPS Priority Shipping at checkout that will automatically carry $100.00 insurance. If your item is damaged during the shipping process you will need to go to your local Post Office with the box or padded envelope and the item and file a claim. Once I have shipped the item it is now in the control of the USPS.

Dendritic Opal Geological Properties Opals are hydrated silica minerals comprise of microscopic spheres combined with water and silica.
