Welcome to Crafted Infusions! We're a husband-and-wife team based in Atlanta, and we create handmade gifts for adventurous spirits. Our DIY alcohol infusion kits have made a five-star splash at everything from birthday parties, PhD graduations, and holiday gift exchanges to groomsmen proposals, wedding anniversaries, and real estate closings.

[ WHAT MAKES CRAFTED INFUSIONS UNIQUE? ] 🇺🇸 WE ARE GENUINELY HANDMADE IN THE USA • Every Crafted Infusions kit is handmade by the two of us in our Atlanta, GA workshop. 🌿 Rather than ordering pre-made infusion kits from overseas manufacturers on Al!baba like many other Etsy sellers, the two of us fill every tube, fold every box, assemble every kit, and ship every order ourselves. 🌎 WE PRIORITIZE PEOPLE & THE PLANET • We source our materials from other small American businesses whenever possible. ♻️ To lessen our environmental impact, we package each infusion kit in a 100% recycled and recyclable box printed with non-toxic algae ink, and we reuse every piece of protective filler we receive (think bubble wrap, air pockets, and kraft paper) when packing orders. 📦

[ WHAT TYPE OF WHISKEY SHOULD I INFUSE? ] We recommend a BOURBON, RYE, or TENNESSEE WHISKEY 🥃 with a minimum ABV of 45% and a price tag under $50. If you've got a local distillery nearby, give their spirits a shot! If not, Drizly's bestsellers are a great place to start your search.

[ WHAT BOTANICALS ARE INCLUDED? ] 🍊 The 12 botanicals included in our whiskey infusion kit are (1) allspice berries, (2) American oak chips, (3) black peppercorns, (4) cacao nibs, (5) chili peppers, (6) cinnamon chips, (7) French oak chips, (8) ginger root, (9) grapefruit peel, (10) hibiscus flowers, (11) orange peel, and (12) spearmint leaf. 🌿

[ HOW MUCH WHISKEY CAN ONE KIT INFUSE? ] In general, we recommend using up to 2 total tablespoons of botanicals per 8 ounces of whiskey. Following that guideline, one kit can infuse at least seven 750mL bottles.

[ WHAT’S MY TRACKING NUMBER? ] Once your order ships, Etsy will email you a link to track its progress online.

[ DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? ] Yes! 📦 Orders over $35 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business^ days). Need it faster? Free shipping can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business^ days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days). ^business days do NOT include weekends or federal holidays.

[ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? ] Yes, you can cancel your order *BEFORE* its status is updated to "Pre-Transit." At that point, your order is already en route to our local post office and cannot be canceled.

[ WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY? ] Refunds are available ONLY when an item is damaged^ during transit **AND** we receive the USPS-required photos that will allow us to file an insurance claim. When requesting a refund or replacement due to shipping damage, please include (1) at least one photo of the external shipping box with the shipping label visible and (2) at least one photo that clearly shows ALL of the products you received. We cannot offer you a refund if we do not receive these photos. 🚫 PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

[ DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? ] Our infusion kits are handmade and consumable so we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Instead, we recommend gifting your kit to a whiskey-loving friend, relative, or colleague. 🎁
