How do you pack up my order?

Normally, no pot goes with your order so I add a layer protection for the roots of a plant. After that, the second layer is to cover whole plant by using white gift wrapping paper. If I think the destination of the plant is extremely cold, a third layer is added to protect the plant from the cold weather. Let me know if you have any requests for protecting your order.

What kind of shipping is free?

If the weight of your package 📦 is under 16 Ounces, the free shipping is USPS First-Class, which shipping time is 2-6 days. Otherwise, it updates to USPS Priority shipping automatically, which normally shipping time is 1-3 days. Delays may happen because of COVID-19 and weather condition!

Do your plants grow in your greenhouses or outdoor?

Most of my plants especially succulents grow outdoor so they are more colorful but they may not perfect like plants that grow in greenhouses. Some of them may have scares from snail bites. Normally, the plants that grow outdoor are more tough.

If my package is lost or damaged during shipping, what should I do?

If it is a priority mail, a shipping insurance is automatically added to your package, which is up to $100. Thus, you can file a claim to USUP. If you have problem with that, I can help! Message me! Otherwise, message me too! We can solve your problem together.

Return, exchange, cancel orders

Selling and purchasing plants online is a challenge both for sellers and buyers because there is a carrier between sellers and buyers such as USPS and UPS. We have to trust one another for doing a best job. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order shipped if they are custom or personalized orders and perishable products (like food, plants, or flowers). Otherwise, customers can ship back the products with the original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Why does the plant have a different color compared to the plant of Mirage of Eden that presents on Etsy?

Although the plant you order is from Mirage of Eden, it grows in different environments. The growth rate and the color of the plant depends on water, moisture, soil, sunlight, and fertilizer. For example, stressing succulents by getting lots of sunlight and minimizing water can alter its color to be more beautiful and more colorful, less green.

Will you provide a planting instruction for my order?

Different plants grow in distinct environment. In order for me to write an instruction for each order, a link about how to take care of the plant is attached to the description on Etsy. Also, you can do some research on Google. 1. Copy the plant name and paste it on Google. 2. There are tons of information to help you out. Also, there is general instruction (I called it a common sense instruction) in the description of each listing. If you have more questions, please message me anytime! -prefer indoor or a warm and a little shade area
-Light water
-Drought tolerate
-Well-draining soil with a drainage hole pot ( Recommend Miracle Grow Potting Mix with perlite or lava stone, coconut coir)
-Water the plant thoroughly when the soil is dry.

Instruction:
Let the cuttings dry for 10 days. Then, planting them in the moisture soil without watering for 15 days. When the soil is dry or the tip of the cuttings has a sign of new growth, please water it thoroughly. Placing it in the room temperature and in a shady area.

***Damaged/Unsatisfactory/Lost Packages****

-Most succulents grow from cuttings/clippings or leaves. If the branches of the plant are slightly damaged, you can stick the branches into the soil. They will grow new plants. However, let Wendy know in the 48 hours after receiving the package if the plant you receive is seriously damaged. We can solve problem/s.
