Customs and import taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We don’t mark merchandise value below value or mark items as gifts. Japan and International government regulations, and Etsy rules prohibit such behavior.

We ship from Japan, and once a parcel leaves the country, the delivery process is handled entirely by the customs and postal/ courier systems of the destination country. Delays may occur due to customs congestion, limited flights, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or the heavy holiday shipping season. These factors are outside our control, and we cannot predict the exact delivery date. If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will file an investigation request with the carrier upon your inquiry. Please note that an investigation may take 1–2 weeks, and we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until the carrier confirms the parcel as lost. If the package is officially declared lost, we will issue either a refund or a replacemen

Respectful Communication Policy

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all customers, we do not tolerate abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate language in any form of communication. If such behavior continues, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block future purchases.
