5 out of 5 starsThe item was of excellent quality. The wood has no splinters and the edges are smooth. Easy and straightforward assembly but LOTS of screws, my hands were sore by the time I finished :D The box included an adapter head for using electric screwdrivers as well but I didn’t have one so it was just my hands and the provided allen key. The delivery took quite a long time about 3 weeks (understandably though since it was shipped from Ukraine). I wasn’t in a hurry so I don’t really mind.

The Montessori book shelf arrived earlier than scheduled, packaged with care and in excellent condition. The beautiful quality, sanded and finished to perfection in the neutral, natural color of the wood allows the books to be the focus. Customer service with Sofia prior to my order regarding my request to add the personalization of a name was professional and her reply always prompt. I highly recommend this company, "WoodenBalance," and will definitely order from them again.
