---- PROCESS ----

Whether you’re ordering a customized sample or you want to go straight to ordering invitations from me, I start by emailing you a questionnaire to help me understand exactly what you’re looking for. Sometimes the questionnaire even helps YOU understand what you’re looking for. :)

Once I have your responses, I get to designing and send you a digital proof. There is no limit on the rounds of proofs - I want your wedding invitations to look perfect as much as you do. When you’re happy with your design, I’ll create a custom listing for you so that you can pay your final balance.

If your wedding is a ways away, but you’re confident that you would like me to make your invitations (first off - thank you!), you can place a deposit to book in with me and get the ball rolling on your design. The design deposit will be subtracted from the final total for your invitations.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Each invitation is $10.

With the exception of samples, the minimum order is 20 invitations.

I also offer addressing services for the A7 envelopes ranging from $1.00/envelope for black ink printing to $3.00/envelope for hand lettered calligraphy envelopes.

---- PROCESSING TIME ----

From the moment you approve the final digital proof, it will take 2 weeks to get these completed and mailed out. If you need a rush order, please send me a message. If your order is not overly large and complex, the processing time will come down to 1 weeks. Please note the rush fee will be 25% of your order subtotal.

Samples are shipped via untracked lettermail and all other orders are shipped as expedited parcels. Unfortunately, once it arrives at the post office, I am not in control of the shipping time - particularly with postal service delays.

Given the customized nature of my products, I cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. However, if there are any issues with the order, please let me know and I will assist you in any way I can!
