Fast shipping, great packaging. I am sure this works for most people and pets, but instead of helping my dog get rid of the redness and sores, it caused her to breakout with even more red spots and bumps after just one use. So it did not work for me, sadly, and I cannot continue to use it. It may contain something that my dog is allergic to.

I hope I'm not jinxing it by writing a review too soon. I just got this item yesterday. Prior to this, I took my baby to get a steroid injection but he was still itchy, red/inflammed, and hot, so I gave him a really good medicated bath yesterday (the day after his shot), no conditioner. He did a lot better after the bath. So I think a combination of that helped. However, last night he started scratching again and I applied this only to where he was inflamed and so far he stopped scratching in those areas. I think this, in combination with his shot and a good bath to rid all those infected flakes and rash helped a lot. He is finally resting and hasn't scratched those areas yet. So far so good. Thank you so much! :)
