I WILL NOT BREAK THE LAW; PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO DO SO. Read more: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/13/305

>> Custom and personalized orders

>> Yes, I am happy to do custom orders -- please send me a message with what you are looking for and I will let you know if it is something I can do! >> I do not do name/word embroidery -- I do not have an embroidery machine >> No returns or exchanges on custom orders. Absolutely no exceptions. >> Any considerations for exceptions will be on a case by case basis and decided by me, the shop owner/designer.

>> "My order has two(+) different processing times...what does that mean?"

Processing time is the time that it takes me to make/sew, package, & ship an item. Shipping time is independent and selected by the buyer at checkout. Faster shipping options do not change processing time. Most of my items have different processing times. If you order two(+) items with different processing times, they default to the longer timeframe -- this is done automatically by Etsy. As many of my items ship "free" this actually means that I am paying for shipping costs -- not the buyer. In order to prevent additional shipping charges, items will ship together based on the longer of the processing times given. Exceptions are at my discretion only. Buyer is responsible for noting the shipping time on individual items and at check out.

These knockoff versions of my items are cheap and mass-produced in china and they are not the same quality or craftsmanship as my original pieces. Each piece in my shop is handmade by me in the USA.
