Azure Owl Stitchery is a home based business that specializes in handmade products made with pride, love and care in every stitch. When you make a purchase from me, you can be sure that I do my best to make sure your order is processed and shipped on time as well as made with quality.

As a homemade business, I cannot accept visitors due to insurance liability, business licensing, local zoning permits as well as for security reasons. I only do business through online sales. Azure Owl Stitchery is NOT a brick and mortar shop.

All products are photographed in natural lighting. Since computer monitors may differ, colors may vary.

All products are stored in a pet free, odor free environment in plastic bins or bags. We may occasionally add lightly scented lavender sachets, into our storage bins, to help keep pests away from our yarn, fabric or fiber used for making finished products.

Prior permission from Azure Owl Stitchery must be obtained for involvement in third party contests, giveaways, promotional events marketing or use of Azure Owl Stitchery product photos, likenesses, or services. Azure Owl Stitchery reserves the right to decline any of the above mentioned requests.

I do not hold or reserve products.

No returns or exchanges accepted for:
** Cut fabric
** Custom orders
** Clearance / De-stash items
** Products that have stains, are cut, torn, damaged, have odors and perfumes, have been worn, used, have been altered, have been exposed to pet hair, or are out of season.
** No items purchased through another source, or 3rd party such as Ebay, Etsy, de-stash, garage sale, etc.
** Digital products such as patterns and downloads
** Personalized products
** Gift Certificates

• Calculated based on weight
• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, (Monday – Friday), weather permitting, and excluding holidays.
• Pre-orders ship within time frame given on pre-order listing.
• No shipping on weekends, holidays, during bad weather (snow storms, flooding, etc.), unforeseen illness, or family emergency. I will put up a notification in any of these cases.
• We do not hold packages for mailing at a later date.

No changes permitted once an order is placed and processed.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, Azure Owl Stitchery is not responsible for re-shipping costs.
