How should I clean my sterling silver jewelry?

You can use a simple jewelry cloth to wipe your jewelry.

• Our renowned collection of West Indian Bangles is not coated with rhodium

Sterling silver jewelry that does not have rhodium can be cleaned with silver cleaner and a polishing cloth.

Do not use sterling silver polish on jewelry that has been coated with rhodium as this will ruin the coating.

We offer complimentary first re-plating service for our bangles within 90 days of purchase, after 90 days or a secondary re-plating request, there will be a fee of $15.

Message us about it and pay for the shipping to our studio. We will re-plate your beloved bangle - then ship it back to you at no additional cost.

• Yes, you can wear them everyday. We would highly recommend taking your bangles off when showering, bathing and swimming to keep them from tarnishing too soon - specially for gold plated items.

The 14K gold plating is beautiful but delicate. It is a fragile layer of 14K gold over the .925 sterling silver bangle. Fading is expected with time and wear. In our experience, it can last from a two of months up to a few years.

Not sure about which size to order?

Please measure your wrist, with a soft measuring tape, then add half an inch to the measurement. That's the best fit!

-Tiny Baby bangles are for newborns and cannot be made larger.
-Baby bangles are usually a size 5 or 5.5. A few Baby bangles can be made up to a size 6. Please message us for more information.

•The adult bangle listings are usually a size 8 or 7.5, but we can make our bangles in any adult size (6-10 inches). Let us know during checkout if you need a different size, if not listed. We will be happy to make it for you. Additional charges may apply if you need a bangle in size 11.

• Additional charges apply for solid gold bangles if larger from the listed size; contact us for pricing.

We offer free domestic standard shipping, which is USPS First-Class (3-5 business days). USPS Signature Confirmation feature is automatically added to all orders of $100 or more.

We usually process our orders within 3-5 business.

All bangles are made to order. Special sized bangles and gold pieces usually take a few additional days to make.
